As a Family Concierge guest, you will enjoy a remarkably free and unfettered experience tailored to meet your family’s needs. It will begin with a private check-in area where the children can begin to absorb their spectacular holiday surroundings on junior-sized furniture with activities to keep them entertained during your check-in. You will receive a special Beach Kit for the kids and meet your Family Concierge, who will take it from there.
Next stop, your new home in paradise, the specially appointed Family Concierge Suite. A spacious and beautiful suite outfitted especially for children and all the things they love. Kids’ bathrobes and slippers, towels, a minibar stocked with juices and turn-down service with milk and cookies.
